What a saturday night. I keep at home still recovering of my lowback (yeah after 2 years exactly from this injury still..) and I decided to cook some bodycakes swedish way (kroppkakor). Yes sure, I had to miss the dough.. My bad. I tried to call my friend Annick (cooking godness) but she was busy making out with her bf so Ive lost 1 kg of potatos and a bag of flour and 2 eggs. I feel demolished. She called me back and noticed me to wait for her next time I want to try a new recipe.. Its like I dont have the same cooking gift of my friends. That made my day. Its shameful. I think I will keep cooking vegetarian foods, very much easier for beginners.

Bodycooking (def.): action of cooking bodycakes (kroppkakor) Nah Dany. They don't serve it at Ikea. Anyway, I cooked meatballs which is easier and I'll try back bodycakes along with my friend. We'll see for the culinar results.

I gave up with Swedish food. My swedish meatballs taste really good but they can't stay together. I put too much milk/water I acheive to make one kroppkakor but oh well it taste the same as when my mom did me some ham with potatos. Swedish food are really alike typical quebecer foods at all. And those ligonberry jam we have it every Chrismas. No, today ive made a tofu spagetti sauce and ummmmm it smell and taste so well! ;D

do they have meatballs? that's the most swedish I think they have. But buy "lingondricka" (lingonberry lemonade). it's not good. Well, some people thinks so. But it's swedish!

That would be awesome! You know what? I would cook you specialities from Saguenay/Lac St-jean. We got delightful "tourtières" which is diced potatos with meat bathed into oinions soup inside a paste...ummmm ketchup is a must with that and only from my region they know really how to do this typical quebecer meal!!! Gotta cook you veggies too

Ive felt down my chair eating their meatballs and its since I got obsessed over swedish cuisine. When I ate there, I got the meatbals with a swedish coffee (ummmm kaffe) and as a dessert I got this cheese cake. Ive never eaten one that much tasty of my life! And Im gonna cook it for my friends tomorrow. My mom bought me the Ikea swedish recipes book some time ago so I gotta make a swedish meal for them all . Here it goes: Meal: Köttbullar med gräddsås, potatismos och ligonsylt. For dessert: swedish cheese cake. drink: glögg<br>
