Man, that is the stupidest piece of shit I have ever read in my life. How can you pretend to want someone to change to fit your description of what they should be? The only person you can change in life it's yourself and you better get used to it.
Want a tip? Breath in, breath out and release.

I also want them to make songs like Man or Mouse og Hellman again, but I disagree with you when you say that Kingwood was a dissapointment. In that album they took a new direction, just like Home From Home, which is typical for Millencolin. The music is not always the same, but it's still fucking great. What I don't like about Machine 15 is that I've heard it before, from maaany other bands. It's like they follow a trend with this album, switching from punkrock to poppunk. That's the dissapointment. But I totally understand how you're thinking

Personally, I don't think the group is THAT offensive. I know a lot of people are stuck on old school Millencolin and they get disappointed because Millencolin has not met any sort of nostalgic expectations that one had hoped for--but it's like that for every band in existence.
I think you just have to be a really open minded listener to appreciate the evolution(s) your favorite band will go through. Sometimes it's a mindfuck to hear new material but whenever I'm stuck in that sort of situation, I'll give the new stuff a whirl months later and find myself absolutely smitten with it.
Right now I'm going back to my alternative/indie rock phase that I was going through when I was 12. (Come to think of it, it might be here to stay...) and when I heard Brand New Game, I was thinking "shit dude this is AWESOME!" It was really cool to hear this tiny indie edge on their music. To make matters even more interesting and intriguing, I heard that MC are putting violins in their music also? This is funny because I've been looking to start a band and for the past few months I kept talking about how I wanted to take up guitar, violin and singing lessons.

i changed the subject, to just no more pop songs, i think the album is pretty good but the poppy sounds makes me feel angry
