Behold! It's the stupid question of the week! Why am I asking? I know a girl (actually she's 26) who was pregnant and recently gave birth to a baby boy and named him Alexi Mathias. If I were in the situation, I don't think I can do that. I'm more into naming my kid insanely beautiful names instead of naming them after someone. Then again, baby names are like tattoos...

you know MC members names are a little common so you can name your kid like that without thinking about MC members!! personnatly I love the names Erik or Nikola but I prefer typical names from my region!! By the way it's a funny question!!

I think that Leona for a second or third name could be original . Why not... let's think about that...

I think Mathias is the less common name. I know it's common in Sweden and it is Sweden's answer to the name Matthew but in North America, I'll be damned to find a Mathias anywhere. Frederik (common and apologies for the spelling!), Erik (common), Nikola (not so common although it is another way of saying Nickolas or Nicholas).
As for the pets and children, that's just different. You can easily call your dog Shithead and easily get away with it. You can't with a child.

here, the name is "Matias" (without H), and it's very common. Also, the name Nikola is "Nicolas", and it's also very common Eric, common. And Frederic, here would be like "Federico", and it is not very common, because people don't like it so much.

I've met a couple of Mathias in here before. It's just for alexis, I didn't meet alot in my life either. Maybe that Mathias for English is quite inexistant but we got some in French Canada. And I remember you that Mathias was the name of one of the 12 apostles. So every christian heard of that name in a way.
Erick, Frederick et Nicholas are in the most common names. I guess with Mathias this person wanted to go different and Mathias, I find personnally is a very beautiful name. Mathias in Millencolin or not, I wouldn't mind to call my kid like that. Name aren't the propriety of one person on Earth. Man, I know people who call their kids: Elvis, Cher, Ben laden...Why this big deal over Mathias? Cause he is a MC member? Never crossed your mind that this girl could be not a fan of Millencolin?
