Millencolin Re-Mastered

Dan Swanö, the producer of our first three albums (Same Old Tunes, Life On A Plate and For Monkeys) are right now re-mixing those albums which also will be re-mastered and re-released some time in a close future in digipak packaging! No additional music will be recorded, but there are so much more that can be done to the sound these days then when we recorded them. We have heard the new mix of "Olympic" which is the first song he tried working on and it really sounds great!

I think this is a great idea. One of the thing that bothered me about For Monkeys was the weird guitar sound. If Dan Swanö can fix that to make the guitars sound rockier, it would give justice to For Monkeys who has quite good songs that doesn't sound "serious" enough.

I hope they'll also try to sneak some b-sides in there just for us

the quality of the first albums wasn't as good as nowdays, so i find pretty cool this re-mastering idea, specially for the drums, bass and guitars more than the vocals

i just hope they dont exceed this re-mastering and make the songs unrecognizables

I thinks it's sure because you don't can know which cd is new!
