There is a gay pride festival that takes place in Montreal every single year. It's called Divers/Cite. There will be a parade tonight and I'm marching in it! ;D
I don't know if I get to do some booty shaking in my white short shorts. Karro, come!

I did the parad too in 2000. I was parading for Molson. yeah the beers company. Annick was working for Molson at time. I wore this necklace and camisole with the logo of the gay pride. I had so much fun, Especially when the parad passed at the front of my appartment and that my neighbors sitting on the balcony thought I was gay. You should have seen their faces Ill try to go, you didnt tell me the time

It starts at 8! Check my myspace bulletin. Chast...I'm sorry, I couldn't make it. I started to be very sick in the end of afternoon. I had something in my vision, I couldn't see, my eyes was hurting and I started to throw up. MY friends said I had a migraine. I never had it before, It was very strange. Now, I'm feeling better but I still feel weird.

It's ok, Karro. I had an amazing time. I danced so much that when I woke up at my friend's the next day, I was so sore and limping out of his place. The parade was too short for my liking. I remember getting pumped up for these gay iconed classic anthems being pumped out of the sound system from a float nearby. I danced a bit too much and then when the parade abruptly stopped, I thought "That's it?! NO! I want to dance some more!" Here are some pictures. Preparing for the parade. A guy in my group. A newly made friend. I was smacking his ass as he was rapidly humping the air. As we were waiting for the parade, we playing around with one of our bamboo sticks and pretending we were doing the tinikling (which is a Filipino traditional dance) The group I marched with. Backshot. Dancing, loaded on Guru and waiting for the parade to begin.

Nice!
Me and a friend were in the "Quartier gay" the day before the parade while we were seeking the way to La Ronde.
The gay pride parade in Montreal always been really colorful. I think we have one of the biggest gay community in north america, am I wrong?
