It seems that the using of other languages than English on Proboards is prohibed. Until the new order, I will ask people to limits their use of foreign languages. Try to avoid it if its possible. I know its hard since Millencolin are Swedish and many of you are here but it's the only solution to keep the community alive.

this whole english-only clause that we overlooked is absurd, totalitarian, and completley fascist. sorry, but even though i live in america i respect the languages of others and encourage all open forms of dialogue.
it's a travisty to know that some people's voices will be excluded due to the lack of language familiarity; and though this is just a simple MC forum, i feel that our little microcausm is somehow a reflection of the actual macrocausm. what i mean by that is that if these sorts of institutionalized restrictions are being implemented in a small forum like this, what's keeping it from expanding outward into the rest of the world? sorry if i'm rambling, but this whole situation has just really peeved me.

Arf... The solution of the problem is here !! We have to talk in English !! But It's what we do every day !!! A part of this forum was in foreign language ! Right! But if it's the rules we have to respect them... That's a pity ! Really bad !!!!! So it is a new start for the MC community and I'm with you guys and girls |

Car, is it possible to write tu Proboards and ask them to get back to the old board and just remove the international forums? It sucks hard to loose all the information that was there.

i can't believe they would just remove all of the forums content without even consulting you. those pig f**kers. ARGH.... i understand they are the rules set by the service provider, but that doens't make them fair or by any means right. And i'm sorry, but for proboards to be telling us what languages can and cannot be used in this forum seems to be a violation of civil liberties protected by the constitution of the country in which the server finds itself in: the united states. THAT'S the problem i have with the rule. |
