I'm sure its a drunk guys story behind. Its remind me of a friend of mine that in school he couldnt pronouce right the orbite word. He was telling obite instead so everyone called him after Obite. So once upon a time, a drunk guy came to Larzon and said" Cheers Larban"..." Larzon" ehhh...Its pronounced " Larchionne"" man...cheers anyway"

Well.
Laban is a little ghost in Sweden (Spöket Laban). Maybe they took it from that, and added the R because:
LaRzon + Laban = Larban.
But I guess only the millen guys know.

so why the others guy we call by the 1st name (mathias, nikola, erik) and only Larzon we call by the last name? Drummers are to a band, what the goalkeeper is to a soccer team.... and both are strange

Its weird I was thinking of the same today. Ive rememberd to have seen "punklaban" related to Larzon so I guess its a mix of both.

That's pretty much it. I've always been called lots of nicknames and these two are probably the latest ones. Some others are Larre or Larre-Thrash. The reason I use Larzon (my family name) is because there were to many Fredrik's on my class so we started to use the familynames. Well. Laban is a little ghost in Sweden (Spöket Laban). Maybe they took it from that, and added the R because: LaRzon + Laban = Larban. But I guess only the millen guys know.

Yes, I couldn't play because of a broken elbow. My friend Tomas (from Bombshell Rocks) finished the tour and played at that TV show. I went back to Örebro, Sweden and got surgery. why didn´t you play in the "muisque plus"? what happened? another broken bone?

I remember seeing a picture of you with a Ride the Lightning tshirt, I think it was from recording Life on a Plate. Are you a Metallica fan?
