While we're on the topic of song meanings I've never understood the meaning of the name Montego. Anyone got an idea?

Montego Bay in Jamaica maybe?
I think the word montego originally comes from the spanish word Manteca which means fat...

Well, the place Montego Bay, Jamaica does exist, so maybe he unconsciously picked it up somewhere and thought he made it up  |
