I always wondered if Erik's art was inspired by propaganda posters or pulp fiction art (the books, not the movie). A good example of this are the posters that you can find in the Home From Home booklets.

I'm pretty sure he is, especially for Nikola's (Communist propaganda) and himself's (American propaganda) posters. The cover art from Pennybridge Pioneers and Kingwood could also be inspired from that.   |
