you guys are so lazy ... its gonna take you 2 min to install the new quicktime ...then you will be able to listen to it ans if you don't wanna keep Quicktime, just remove it once you watched the clip! its not that much to do for a clip that cool!!! stop your :* i prefer mpg* or *pleaze make this video downloadable* girl crying! thanks Pedro?  |

Well, about the video. I really like it. I can see the movie sin city everywhere, almost in every part of the story. It's sure it's adapted to the story. Very funny that I think Mathias looks like sometime to Benicio del toro or Bruce Willis and they are both incarning characters in that movie. I really laugh when I saw "You are baring MILLENVILLE". The 2 girls are beautiful and I'm not sure but I think the blond one is a WE model or something. Anyway, it's really well done. I don't think we should look so much into details. I just think it's really taken from the movie and then adapted to them. (minus the blood..) I don't think they made with this video a tragedy of their lifes even for Nikola. I'm sure they hided some mystery in though such in kemp vid. Things that we will notice if we listen to it more than one time. The only 2 things which bothered me a bit is one of them mentioned about that we don't see much the other members (but hey it's like this in most of the vids nowaday with the front man) and also the the picture sequence is really fast. We almost get time to catch it. It's like flashes all the time. But I know it's a new trend in videos by now. In the 60s it was very slowly and now if you close your eye one second, you miss a part of the story. Anyway, I guess there is a point in that too.
Hey but wait! Only Nikola survived from the car drowning?!?!?!? but in the end, the mean guy is taking care of a fair issue...haha

haha yeah the "Millenville" name sounds really cool!
after viewing the video several times and trying hard to find a relation with video and lyrics, i think the song is based to refer to ourselves, the bad guy is representing our "bad side" our "rebel side", that we "shut it out" sometimes but we cant be away from it
probably dedicated to all our defects, our "sins"?

I've watching several times and I don't find any relation between the song and the video...
But this video is cool even if it's not my favorite. I prefer Fox ! this one is really funny !!

I'm sure formely the shut you out song is about Nikola's daughter because we hear the voice of a little girl 2 or 3 times.
About the video I think it's related to guy/girl relationship. Shut you out it's like putting the person you love aside for some reasons. It's being afraid of getting into a deep relationship. It's being afraid of commitment, maybe not being able to show our feelings cause of old heart wounds so we prefer to shut them out being afraid of exposing ourselves and being hurted. Why I think it's that? It's because I tend to meet guys that are acting this way all the time. I got a karma like this. And first time I heard this song on this album it's what I thought of. So I don't think it's the duality in ourselves. At least it's not how I saw this video. It's not the message I got from.

I rented the movie Novo a couple of weeks ago. If we are lucky, maybe the next single will be Novo and we will get a Novo-themed clip and get to see them running naked on a beach in..hehe

now i also could watch the new video! i know.... im a bit late! but not early enough for giving a statement! so, i think the video is a great production, but not what i imagine under a millencolin video! i'd like to see a video how they made some back in the old days! just playing like at man or mouse or a simple story how they filmed in battery check/fox/p&p! however, i don't like it that much  |
