Yeah it's my favourite too. Too bad it feels like it's a bit downhill after the first song. kinda have to agree with you... I don't really get it, wasn't this album supposed to be sounding like mr. clean and bullion? They did say those two songs as references before right? They play even slower than on hfh most of the time, and the lyrics are more like those of nikola's solo album than like oldschool millencolin lyrics. I hope I just expected too much and that I will start to like it more in time, but right now it's not even close to be in my 'Millencolin Album Top 5'

Hey dudes, people grows up and they did a great job. I would asking me questions if they would stay forever into Bullion and Mr.Clean which were 10 years ago and so I would surely not hanging around and buying their cds anymore.

k, that's fine by me, they can play anything they want to, I get that. It's just I read somewhere (think here on m*art) that some songs on kingwood were supposed to be sounding like bullion & mr. clean, so I got my hopes up and now am disappointed. It's still a great record though, just for me personally I like their early records best so would have loved another album like same old tunes or life on a plate But I still love Millencolin I'll probably grow to love this record eventually too, just first impression was a little disappointing (I get that a lot though when I get my hopes up too much : . No offence meant with any of this, not too millencolin or anyone else, just my two cents

life on a plate is my favorite album of all time since i first heard it back in 97 or so. as much as a i love that style, im glad they put out something new and refreshing every time. it keeps me interested every time they release something new, id be bored by now if they put out life on a plate over and over again, like a band like pennywise does. so i say yeah! keep us on our toes millencolin, i love all your albums, some more then others but i can tell you i like millencolin just as much now as a did when i was first discovering them, perhaps more.

The strangest thing is that everytime I think of a band that put over and over the same CD out I think of Pennywise. They were great back then but I lost all interest in them knowing after 10 years it's the same shit all over again and again.
Weird Pat. I almost wanted to mention them to reinforce my previous argument.
