I`m at Karro`s right now and I feel like puking. I was not a cigarette smoker but man, Karro really has this effect on me.  I had a cigarette earlier tonight and I just shared one with her and I feel so sick and nauseous. Ugh. Please remind me to never smoke cigarettes again. You are my wtinesses. I feel violated in my indentity now, maybe if you don't use my skin to post on this forum, you wont have those desires I want to stop too. At least for 2 weeks to purify. I worried my friends alot tonight. Julie was scared. I have this strong cough since 2 weeks now. I realized I should be more careful. |

Well, I'm allergic to nicodeme patches Quit smoking is harder than quit herioin ya know The best way to stop smoking is when you're ill. When you're disgusted by cigarettes. So firt of all, you have to go for a walk in a cold store (nude if possible, you'll obtain a better result) for about one hour... Then you have to wait the next day, and you'll probably have a sore throat. Now try to smoke at least five cigarettes and try to remember that feeling each time you want to smoke ! I'm sure it works |

I already did that...
2 weeks ago, on friday, I got a cold. It stayed for one week and half but I still smoke. I didnt smoke for a day but I was becoming so irretable and shaky. My boss noticed I was not like usual so he bought me a package..haha

If you start the smoke you know it's hard stop... is that the point, the start! smoke isn´t tasteful on the first time... why peolpe still smoking/drinking? ´cause his friends do the same... |
